Frequently asked questions

I forgot my Hidden Chats password

Use the recovery code shown when you opened Hidden Chats. If both the password and the recovery code are lost, the hidden chats cannot be opened — we cannot recover them.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iPhone: Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions → Mavigram. Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

I have a new phone — where is Plus?

Mavigram → Settings → Mavigram Plus → “Restore purchases”, using the same Apple or Google account. Hidden Chats settings are stored only on the old phone and do not move to the new one.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules: for iPhone, reportaproblem.apple.com; for Android, Google Play.

What happens if I delete the app?

Your hiding settings are deleted and the chats return to the regular list. Chats that were muted when you hid them may stay muted — unmute them in Telegram yourself.

Is this the official Telegram?

No. Mavigram is an unofficial client and is not affiliated with Telegram. Your account and messages are stored on Telegram's servers under Telegram's rules.
